These terms govern the use of the site kreatooestudio.com and the provision of the services contracted from Kreatoo Estudio. By browsing or contracting, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, we ask that you not continue using the site or the services.

These terms define the conditions under which Kreatoo Estudio offers 360 marketing, web design, digital advertising, out-of-home advertising, and training services, and also govern the use of the website by any visitor.

3. Use of the website
Use of the site is free of charge. You agree to use it in accordance with the law, in good faith, and without taking any action that could damage it or affect other users (e.g., introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, abusive scraping, identity impersonation). All published information is provided for guidance only; the actual contractual terms are agreed in writing in each commercial proposal.
4. Services offered
Kreatoo Estudio offers the following main services:
- Estrategia 360 (brand creation or relaunch).
- Comprehensive Monthly Package (ongoing marketing operations).
- Web design, applications, and SaaS.
- Digital advertising — Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
- DOOH advertising — LED screens (SPECTRA) and ATM network (RedAtm Triinet).
- One-off strategic consulting.
- Kreatoo Business System™ — training program.
Each service is governed by the specific conditions detailed below and by the commercial proposal accepted in writing between the client and Kreatoo Estudio. Specific prices and amounts are agreed in the individual commercial proposal; this document does not set rates.
5. Estrategia 360
5.1 Scope
Comprehensive brand building or relaunch: conceptualization, visual identity, basic brand manual, professional website, social media setup, initial asset bank, corporate email accounts, Google Maps listing, and advertising profile setup.
5.2 Payment terms
Standard 50 / 50 scheme: deposit upon signing the proposal and final payment on project delivery. Other schemes (installment payments, milestones per phase) may be agreed in writing in the commercial proposal.
5.3 Timelines
Maximum project duration: 2 months from signing. Timelines depend on the scope contracted and on how quickly the client responds when providing materials, validations, and approvals.
5.4 Ownership of deliverables
- Brand, website, identity manual, files: 100% the property of the client from day one.
- Domain: property of the client. We purchase it in their name and it is transferred to their account, or moved to the provider they prefer upon request.
- Hosting: the first year is included on our servers. From the second year onward, the client may continue with our annual fee or move the site to another provider — we facilitate the migration.
6. Comprehensive Monthly Package
6.1 Tiers
We offer several service levels (Light, Standard, and Premium) tailored to the size and activity of each business. The scope and deliverables of each tier are detailed in the commercial proposal.
6.2 Minimum commitment
2 to 3 months minimum duration to ensure measurable results. After that period, the relationship renews monthly unless either party gives one month's notice.
6.3 Payment terms
Monthly billing during the first five calendar days of each month. We accept bank transfer and other means agreed with the client.
6.4 Not included
Advertising spend (what is paid to Meta, Google, TikTok) is NOT included in the monthly fee.
7. Web, Apps, and SaaS
- We offer landing pages, corporate websites, e-commerce, custom applications, and maintenance (one-off and annual). The scope and amount of each project are detailed in the individual commercial proposal.
- Websites are delivered optimized for basic SEO and performance. Advertising promotion is a separate service.
8. Digital Advertising (Ads)
- Initial setup: one-time payment upon signing, amount agreed in the proposal according to the size of the company.
- Monthly management fee: variable depending on active campaigns, platforms, and objectives. Agreed in writing.
- Minimum commitment: 3 months (the algorithms need that period to stabilize).
- Advertising spend: paid by the client directly to the platform (Meta, Google, TikTok). Kreatoo does not receive that money.
- Prerequisite: the client must have a professional 360 ecosystem (brand, website, social media) in place. Otherwise, we recommend Estrategia 360 first.
9. DOOH Advertising
Kreatoo acts as an authorized intermediary agency for contracting advertising space on LED screens and the ATM network. The applicable rates are published at /servicios/publicidad-dooh and are subject to ITBIS under Dominican law.
- The technical operation of the screens is carried out by the media provider.
- Every creative piece must comply with the media's technical specifications and is subject to its approval.
- Creative production of the piece is an optional additional service quoted separately.
10. Kreatoo Business System™
- Format: a 100% online program with personalized support.
- Limited spots per group. The start date is confirmed once the group is formed.
- The program does not grant the right to use the Kreatoo Estudio brand or access to its client portfolio; the student builds their own brand.
- The program's investment and the ongoing support options are agreed during the enrollment process.
11. Payments and billing
- Amounts are agreed in the individual commercial proposal and may be expressed in US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR) depending on the client's market.
- Invoices issued in the Dominican Republic are subject to ITBIS where applicable under current law.
- The invoice is issued after payment is received or according to the timelines agreed in the proposal.
- Late payment of a monthly service entitles Kreatoo to suspend performance until the situation is resolved.
12. Intellectual property
- The final deliverables (brand, website, assets, website source code) become the property of the client once the agreed payment is completed.
- Kreatoo retains the right to display the work performed in its portfolio, commercial presentations, and social media, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
- The brand, logo, texts, designs of the kreatooestudio.com website, and the name Kreatoo Business System™ are the exclusive property of Kreatoo Estudio. Their use without authorization is prohibited.
13. Liability
- We are committed to applying best professional practices on every project. We do not guarantee specific results when these depend on external factors (third-party algorithms, market behavior, client decisions).
- We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.
- Kreatoo's maximum liability in the event of a claim is limited to the amount actually paid by the client over the last three months for the affected service.
14. Cancellation
- Estrategia 360 and one-off projects: the deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, as it covers the analysis and conceptualization phase. Subsequent payments are partially refunded based on the work delivered as of the cancellation date.
- Monthly Package and Ads: after the minimum commitment, you may cancel with one month's notice. Invoices already issued are non-refundable.
- Kreatoo Business System™: payment is non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed and access has been delivered.
15. Modifications
We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The current version is always available at this URL with its date of last update. If the changes affect a contracted service, we will notify the client by email with reasonable notice.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Punta Cana / La Altagracia, except as provided by mandatory consumer protection rules or applicable foreign laws (GDPR for European clients).
